The color range complies with EU regulations and restrictions for tattoo inks. Over the last three years, Eternal Ink has researched, tested, formulated and reformulated hundreds of test samples to develop a tattoo ink base suitable for tattoo artists while meeting EU regulations. The APEX tattoo inks work exactly like the original Eternal Ink formula when mixing and tattooing and therefore heal 1:1.
