Magic Moon Rocket Shipping – Our new Express Shipping
Do you want it fast? Here it is! To ensure that your order will get to you as soon as possible, we now offer an express shipping option for you. We are working with one of the leading shipping providers in the world who is able to make next work day deliveries on all orders placed before 2 p.m. of the previous day: DHL Express!
Important: If you place an order before 2 p.m. (Mon - Thu), we will be able to ship your order out to you the same day. In order to make use of the express shipping option, make sure to select Magic Moon Rocket Shipping in the order checkout menu. If you already have an existing customer account you will be able to change your shipping method in 3 simple steps or when placing an order. If you are placing an order as a guest or if you are newly registered, you can select your desired shipping method in step 2 of the checkout process. In both cases, select PayPal as your payment option, then you will be able to select Magic Moon Rocket Shipping as the desired express shipping option.
Important Information
Magic Moon Rocket Shipping is a service provided by our carrier DHL Express, with which the cash on delivery (C.O.D.) option is not available.
As a rule, orders placed Mon - Thu until 2 p.m. with the shipment method Magic Moon Rocket Shipping, will be delivered to the final destination on next working day. Please note: the delivery of dutiable goods may be delayed by one or more days due to customs clearance.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day, usually Mondays with the exception of national holidays. Orders placed after 5pm (17:00 o'clock) on working days will be sent out on the following working day. Deliveries to European islands ( for e.g. Balearic Islands, Sicily, Jutland ) will have possible delays of 1 – 4 days.
Some items cannot be shipped by express abroad (Europe / USA) due to their nature.
