Magic Moon Rocket Shipping is a service provided by our carrier DHL Express, with which the cash on delivery (C.O.D.) option is not available.
* As a rule, orders placed Mon – Thu until 2 p.m. with the shipment method Magic Moon Rocket Shipping, will be delivered to the final destination on next working day (Mo – Fr). Please note: the delivery of dutiable goods may be delayed by one or more days due to customs clearance. Orders place over the weekend will be processed on the next working day, usually Mondays with the exception of national holidays. Orders placed after 5pm (17:00 o'clock) on working days will be sent out on the following working day. Deliveries to European islands ( for e.g. Balearic Islands, Sicily, Jutland ) will have possible delays of 1 – 4 days.
