Dispatch conditions

Standard Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 7,14 € (DHL)/ 8,33 € (UPS) per order.
From an order value of 238,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

* The shipping costs stated above apply exclusively to end users. Shipping costs for wholesellers/ resellers are calculated retrospectively.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

- Cash on delivery Germany (plus cash on delivery fee DHL: gross 8,91 €, UPS: gross 12,67 € / maximum order value 3500 €)
- Payment by cash on delivery within Europe (plus cash on delivery fee UPS: gross 29,63 €) only possible to the following countries (Maximum order value 4750 €, deviating from this, the following maximum amounts apply for collection of COD amounts in brackets): Belgium (3000 €), Finland, France (1000 €), Greece (499 €), Ireland, Italy (999 €), Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Austria (3500 €), Portugal (1000 €) und Spain (1000 €)

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
