The term 'Bug Pin' originates from the field of entomology (the science of instects) in which insects are pinned to displays by using super thin and sharp needles.
This term has been transfered into the Tattoo Scene to describe a really fine kind of needle taper, comparable to a XLT (Extreme Long Taper).
Therefore Bug Pin needles are only available in selected needle sizes and groupings.
